SMUD Charge@Home application

With the SMUD Charge@Home incentive program, you can get incentives toward EV charging equipment, which includes:

• Up to $500 towards the purchase of a qualifying Level 2 charger and/or
• Up to $200 towards the purchase of a Circuit Sharing or Energy Management Device

Incentives available for installation of eligible EV circuit through the SMUD Contractor Network.

Requirements

Before applying, please make sure:

1.  You purchased an eligible EV charger unit and/or circuit sharing or energy management device on or after December 8, 2021.
2. The name and signature on the application is the SMUD customer of record (customer named on the SMUD bill). Payments for approved applications will be made only in the name of the SMUD customer of record.
