SMUD Solicitation Portal

This site provides information about current SMUD contracting opportunities. All solicitations are available and managed via SAP Ariba. 

An Ariba account is required to participate in SMUD solicitations. Please check within your organization first for an existing Ariba account or assign an account administrator when signing up for a free Ariba account.

Instructions for participating in SMUD solicitation events 

1. Select the solicitation number (Doc) below.
2. Follow instructions to either log in with an existing Ariba account or register for a new Ariba account.
3. Once logged in to Ariba, select "Respond to posting."
4. Begin completing the checklist in “Event Details” located in the left-hand navigation.
5. Answer the prerequisite question. If you decline the terms of the prerequisites, you cannot participate in the event.
6. Upload your response to indicated line.

Please note: Some prerequisite questions may require the owner of the event to review and accept your responses before you can continue.
